Searching For Documents

Intellimatch | This method allows a user to search by utilizing several powerful search techniques, one of which evaluates keywords entered based on the suffixes they use. (This method is sometimes referred to as Porter Stemming.) For example, this allows a user who enters a keyword of "Education," to find documents that would include keywords of educate, educating, educated, etc.
'Sounds-like' match | This method uses phonetic technology to evaluate keywords entered by how they sound and not by how they are spelled. Therefore, "education" and "ejucayshun" would be seen as a match by this method. This method is particularly helpful when a document may have entered with a misspelled title or notes, and the user does not now what kind of misspelling took place.
Exact word match | This method matches keywords on a word-for-word basis with a document. The words that are being searched must be in the document in the exact manner typed.
