About Regions

Region codes allow a company to define commonality among a groups of locations. The most common way to group locations is to make geographical regions, such as north, south, east or west; another is to name regions for particular states, cities, or geographical names. Using regions will also enhance the reporting capability of ManageMore, as some reports are set to filter by region rather than by individual location. Region codes can also be used to allow a user to log in to any of a number of locations rather than be preset for one or not be limited to any particular locations when logging in to the software.
