About Sample Company
The sample company feature of ManageMore is a very useful tool for you to learn and practice using ManageMore without affecting your company database. A sample company may be created in ManageMore to contain exactly the same data as your existing ManageMore company database, so that you may practice and learn using a copy of your actual data for a more realistic learning experience. Some functionality, including printing is limited for security purposes.
 | You can use the sample company as a valuable tool to explore features of ManageMore, or to train new employees. Existing employees can also benefit by learning new tasks. All can be accomplished in sample company while maintaining the integrity of your existing database.

From the sample company screen, you can open the sample company or overwrite the sample company data with a current company database.

Use existing sample company from previous session
Select this option to use the same set of sample data as you used the last time you went into Sample Company.
Create sample company data using my current database from company
Select this option to copy current data files from the selected company into a sample data folder for use in Sample Company mode.
 | If you choose to use an existing sample company and one does not exist, you will get an invalid path error. Be sure to use the Create option the first time you use Sample Company.

| All security settings from your existing company will be copied to your sample company. You may modify the sample company security settings by opening the sample company in the Security Administrator.

A01. Absolutely not. The purpose of the sample company is to allow a place where you can test, train, and experiment, without affecting your actual data.
Q02. Do I need to remove the sample company after I am finished?
A02. No. Just remember to refresh the sample company data if it has been a while since it was used. This will ensure that the sample data contains your latest changes.
