About Tracking Numbers
Tracking number recording within ManageMore provides a way to store information about shipments sent from your company to a customer. One or more tracking numbers can be optionally stored on each invoice, referencing the shipper's identification for each package used to ship the merchandise. If the shipping method chosen allows tracking numbers, the tracking numbers entered will automatically be stored for later reference. These tracking numbers can be later searched on the Tracking Number list, to identify and retrieve the original transaction information.

Click this button to view the invoice which this tracking number is associated with.
Carrier Web Tracking Status
Click this button to have ManageMore launch your default web browser to bring up the carrier's website. This website information is found in the shipping method record used on this tracking number record.
Fields
Carrier Identifier
The carrier identifier used for automatic shipment processing via the optional shipping manager module. This value is prefilled based on the shipping method chosen.
Package No.
Enter or select the sequential package number of this package.
Tracking Number
Enter the carrier tracking number. This value will be automatically filled if the optional shipping manager module is used, or if a value is entered on the main transaction screen.
Shipping Code
Enter or select the shipping method used. This value will be automatically filled if the optional shipping manager module is used, or if a value is entered on the main transaction screen.
Package Weight
Enter the weight of this package. This value will be automatically filled if the optional shipping manager module is used, or if a value is entered on the main transaction screen.
Declared Value
Enter the declared value of this package.
Freight Amount
Enter the freight amount of this package. This value will be automatically filled if the optional shipping manager module is used, or if a value is entered on the main transaction screen.
COD Amount
Enter the COD amount of this package. This value will be automatically filled if the optional shipping manager module is used, or if a value is entered on the main transaction screen.
Shipping Terms
Enter the COD shipping terms of this package. This value will be automatically filled if the optional shipping manager module is used, or if a value is entered on the main transaction screen.
